As an update on attempted fixes, I have tried running only ESI and it does that (Only using AllowDiplo to be able to declare instant war to test). Happens with Battle Royale Mod as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled the mod and did all 3 of the things you listed for the mod not loading since when I tried to run the mod after reinstalling it for some reason it did not create the .mod file in my documents. I then tried running the re-upload that you also have and the old outdated version and it still happens on those as well. When on the other hand I load Barbarosa 1.11.13 this crash does not happen. So it seems it is directly related to how the new peace-deals work.

Idk it used to run but after whatever recent hoi4 patch it no longer runs on barbarossa so if you want to run it on Barbarossa youll have to use the legacy version of the mod
