consumes an additional 4 ammo per second while spun up


This would be an extremely offensive weapon. Its stats make it so you have to push forward in order to partialy offset its damage penalty, get closer to your targets to offset the accuracy penalty and to collect ammo boxes from corpses so you can replenish enough ammo. It would introduce a whole new way to use heavy, by being the character who can actually push chokepoints without an uber but is god-awful if repelling an attack.
