FoC isn't friendly with more than one mod usually because of so many conflicting files between different mods, unless it's a specially made submod.
In this case, there is a mod which does what you say. And it's quite possible to make a patch/submod for UFoCP that pretty much incorporates those types of campaigns into the UFoCP itself. I'm not willing to do this type of patch, however, if you or another wishes too, it's decently easy enough: have UFoCP load as a base, then load the submod after which edits the few campaign files and adds a few more for some more campaigns, and title it "UFoCP - Zann Pirate AI Campaigns" or something of the type.
