You can host the sound file yourself (on a server) and use it that way, or, find a server which is hosting the song, which are the only ways of doing it. There is no other way of adding songs that I know of that doesn't involve twiddling with the actual mod itself.

There is no way to add custom files, but I'm going to be looking into this in the rewrite.
