i would like it if this was an option customizeable by the owner of the tardis and not the admin, as some people may enjoy unlimited flight. cool idea though

The need to refuel at the Rift seemed a little unnecessary seeing as the TARDIS seemingly took energy from the Eye of Harmony; you could argue that it was made inaccessible along with Gallifrey, but the TARDIS has been seen to have at least one version of the Eye of Harmony inside it more than once, which it should get power from now.
