Spinning Sound Effect (Request)
In the episode of Doctor Who when the Doctor is flying the TARDIS along the freeway to get to Donna, you hear this spinning sound effect:

Its at 2:45.
You should have this sound implimented and the faster the spinning the higher pitched and the faster the sound effect plays, and the slower.. well you know. And you should only be able to hear it if your close to it. And the farther the quieter. There should be a server admin option to turn this on or off though just in case people find it annoying, but i think it would be a realistic touch.

How would you get this? cause i can try and do that so you dont have to and then i can just give it to you

Some Youtuber uploaded the raw sounds for the taxi chase, but they deleted the video (for whatever reason) and I didn't get the time to download the audio files.

Well at least we know there are clean sound files somewhere.
