Idle Glowing Lantern after Materialise
The TARDIS Should have an option where you could turn On/Off the Lantern giving it a Flare glow as if its switched on .

I have a screenshot on my profile content which I took,

I used a glow effect I found to simulate the Lantern Illuminated .

The lantern only has a finite number of states, glowing might be one of them though I'll have to see.

Awsomee :)! its worth a try though...if not it dont matter, I'll just keep using the effects pack .
