How to have an outside view AND Demat and Mat sounds!
Step one: Place a camera at the TARDIS
Step two: Weld the camera to said TARDIS
Step Three: Set your destination and hover over the initiate flight button
Step Four: Press your camera button, then your use button.
Viola, Demat and Mat sounds with an outside view of the TARDIS.

NOTE: You CANNOT Press the flight button THEN your camera button, you will not get the sounds.

Yes, but you quite often lose the sounds.

i have never lost the sounds while looking at the big monitor thats in the interior

Yes, that monitor only shows you what will be outside the door, not the outside of your TARDIS, using a camera would allow you to make cinematics or just watch the TARDIS dematerialize with a view of the whole TARDIS.
