Most of these are just basically the main body of the TARDIS painted a different color, while the "Police Public Call Box" sign stays blue and white. The Happiness Patrol TARDIS is a bit difficult to make out if the sign on the door stays the same, however, and in the case of the black TARDIS from Big Finish, the door sign's color is ambiguous (particularly because we only ever get it half on the cover art, and the only art I can find of it on its own is small and dubious of its officialness). However, the white TARDIS has a white door-sign with black writing. Normally this sign is blue with white writing.
The causes for these are different, though:
The Happiness Patrol simply has the TARDIS be painted pink by the titular patrol. It doesn't last the episode that it's applied.
In Big Finish' case, it's a tad more complicated; the black and white TARDISes are actually seperate time machines, with the white one being the Doctor's original TARDIS with the original blue shell having been torn off due to an accident with the HADS (the white exterior is effectively a new one that's growing back, but the blue pigment has taken a while to come to it). The black one...is a mite tougher to explain, especially since it involves spoiling the whole plotline regarding it. They both sound the same in audio though.
