Materialization Loop
On the episode The Lodger the TARDIS try to land but it cant, get in a materialization loop, so it is good to have this on the game, sometimes (randomly) materialization loops happens
this "randomly" can be changed on menu (frequency, loop remaining time) and can be disabled

so i got a new idea
If matt is going to implement, just do it randomly (frequency on menu, can be disabled on menu)
and the machine

Actually, how about instead of a machine, an invisible entity that the TARDIS just can't teleport into, there would be no real way to detect it (other than being able to pick it up with the physics gun) and it would have the TARDIS loop if you try to teleport there.

I dont like this sound
but anyway matt can mix the Turbulence Sound with the Can't Land
and add an extra option on menu to the sound be the emergency landing
because is a nice f#cking sound

Maybe, it should be possible to have the TARDIS scan for the area, though it might cause some lag in determining whether it is possible to land in the specified area, though having it exclude the interior itself might not be such a bad idea.

It can go along with a machine because of the 50th having the Tower of London TARDIS Proof, but I think admins should be able to break through be Landing Lights or something

Yes. I like the main idea - especially being able to change it in admin options (frequency, loop remaining time).

Perhaps also make it so the materialisation loop prevents the user from changing the destination on the navigation computer until the loop has been fixed.

Or, instead of making it a random event, you could create another entity - a Black Hole - which causes this loop to occur! :-D
