A new take on the chameleon circuit and flying the TARDIS using only the controls
Would it be possible to make it so that you can fly the TARDIS using only the controls? (TARDIS vs Taxi style?)

And another take on an ancient well-discussed issue, would it be possible to have the 'chameleon circuit' (if implemented) bring up a GUI where you can customise (read: Draw) on the exterior?

that is a good idea but you should have like a switch over between or you could use both flights

Well, you could always keep the 'old' flightmode method, since you wouldn't be using the console's empty areas...
