Modeling The Interior
Is there anyway that anyone could model the interior of the TARDIS to make it look different (say like for the original doctors interior) and then make that texture appear as the interior but also keep the controls? Or am I thinking to over the top?

You're thinking of alternative interiors, which already exist in the rewrite and can be added by third party mods. Check tardis rewrite settings
