Strange. There's no Dutch language option in the game files. I can only create localization files if the game itself supports that language.

Dutch translation is not a common thing, that's why. Dutch people use the original language in a lot of games/movies/etc.

That and also because Dutch is not a very large market for selling due to the relatively low amount of people speaking it compared to English, France, German, etc. So often studios just do not bother with making a Dutch translation because the financial benefit would not be very large.
