Am I that sane and sentient being? Not really. I'm pretty sure the list I just spent three days subbing to contains dupes and conflicts galore. But that's next week's nightmare.
P.S. Did you know that Rimworld has a "save modlist" option? That way you can switch between massive modlists without having to always remember which mods you want for your new base have known conflicts with mods that were needed to not break the save you started three years ago and were playing yesterday. I find this very helpful since my modlists are often +150 long with minor tweaks and patches, and I'm often looking for things that do it better/faster and with less bloat - I add enough of that already!
