Bug: Watermills do not display a boundary box for "Turbulence with other Watermills" this allows placing them close together without penalty.

This may take a while.
The reasons for this are 2-fold,
Our IRL situation is quite taxing right now and because i haven't looked at this code in so long (i'm just a tiny hobbyist)
I will have to relearn the entire code in order to rewrite the assemblies for the mod.
