Alt-fire doesn't break invisibility.
While Left-Click Does break invisibility instantly, any gun with a secondary fire bound to Right-Click is still free to fire the alt-fire for weapons like the Pulse-Rifles combine ball launcher.

Because on some weapons, alt fire is for something else, there is no normalization/white paper saying "alt fire must do..." on some weapons it will for example use the scope, and on another one use the grenade launcher
