Styles Suggestion
I'd suggest two styles:
One called "Slightly Aware" which places the Eagle on the shoulder
and One called "Completely Oblivious" which places the Eagle on the Soldier's head
Now this may not work with all hats, but It's just a suggestion. Tell me what ya think.

As an alternative to the styles, just make different patterened eagles.

(the selected item is in conflict with TOO MANY items) .. it's gonna be a misc for sure and you are making some sort of misc/hat. Maybe it would work out with other styles like the Tux on the back but i don't feel so confident about that

I really like the idea of the completely oblivious eagle, but you'd have to make it fit all of the hats.

this is my idea, if you don't like it, ok:

why not have two styles, america, (normal shoulder style) and MERICA, (eagle gets tiny USA flag as a cape and is saluting)
