Save Data Reset (Even with Mod Compactibility Hack) [FIXED WITH THE PATCH]
Hi.
I have Mod Compactibility Hack yet still i have lost all of my progress in the mod 3 times.
The thing is I don't think it happens when there's an update but rather sometimes when i quit the game and come back (its random)
Does someone have this same problem?

UPDATE: Now it resets my progress after a run, just beat blue baby with sarah for the fourth time, started an Isaac run, clicked "C" and "To do list" and everything is locked ;_;

Just had the same thing happen to me. It's really annoying since you can't have any of the new stuff unlocked because of that. For me it happened when playing as Dante. Up until the cathedral everything was normal but when I killed Isaac it didn't give me the unlock. I hadn't taken the polaroid because it put me straight into womb after finishing tomb and so the run finished. I decided to do a new one with Sarah but when I started the run the custom menu glitched out and so I quit it and got back in but all the settings/unlocks had reset. Hope this helps.
