the callout wheel isnt showing anything in it

That is strange, but might be an issue with the main TFA mod. Might also be a conflict. I have no idea, try asking there. If more people experience the same issue I might try and looking into it, but I unfortunately have other things to do right now.

Idk man, I haven't even booted Garry's Mod for years. This mod is outdated and not actively supported ATM. Most problems likely depend on the parent mod, make sure to check that one is actually working too.
