Playing as germany from 1910 through
I noticed that Germany is forced to declare war on america in 1941 through an event when japan attacks america.

No matter if you are allied with america as germany or are not even in a faction with japan.

I do hope this can be fixed, so that said event only fires if germany is in a faction with japan.
