Maybe make Germany have a lil more supplies?
Like, I get the point of the mod is literally to make it hard but a -300k deficit of inf equipment in 1943 is so paralyzing to your army's ability to fight, not to mention you'll never get into positive inf equipment numbers since you consume much more supplies than you can make.

1943 scenario is easy too win. You should disband some divisions that you don't need (garrison, the least equipped divs and divs that can't normally retreat) and stand by Dnipro and Dvina rivers. Even with low supplied army you'll be able to stop the Soviet advance. Also don't produce new equipment. MP-40 is the latest thing you need to produce
