Endsieg | WWII Start Dates Broken?
The Soviet Union is Russia, you start with wars not declared and it's fully broken for any start date. I've removed any other mods and I'm playing on the Newest Version of Hoi4 (Not the beta)

The problem might be in mod, because it isn't completly updated
