Development Help
I am starting this thread for those of you who are interested in aiding with the development of this map. If you would like to help, you can do so in the following way: open the map in the Eden editor and place objects where you want them to be or where you think they should go. This can be buildings, encampments, signs, or even fortifications. Then, you can export objects' absolute position to a .txt file and post the contents to pastebin. You can put a link to that pastebin drop as a post here.

Here's around 2 hours of work that I had done like two weeks ago. It'll be good to see what methods and objects everyone plans to use so that we don't end up all going for different jumbled styles if that makes sense. Hopefully I did this pastebin stuff right if not just let me know.

Hello there.. i randomly came across this map and i am seriously interested in trying to help, I am a bit new to the editing and file system of Arma 3 iv got the Terrain and the update from royal166.. I took a look at it yesterday and was inspired. Can i ask how or where do i place the .txt file to update the map to his update so i can get an idea of what has already been done and how i could also lay some ideas down.. no obligation to anything, just want to try my hand and see if its worth anything.. Let me know thanks in advance..

I tried looking in Eden to find a way then looked around on google, I can't really I found anything but if you're willing to look around and maybe find a way to do it google is your best bet. @Giraffe might know how I'm not sure but you'll have to wait for a reply from him.

Hey there, Yeah i have been looking but it seems that the file needs to be updated by the the owner, then it will come through then We/I can use it as it grows.. I Appreciate it, i can wait no stress..

@Jimmy and @royal,

I will have to post them together in my map file and recompile the addon. I can do that later tonight. All you need to do is go to pastebin.com and post a link of the .txt file that you dumped there. Thanks!

Hey there..

That makes sense, i just don't want to go work on something that has already been done..

Can i start in the East and will do a few areas then i will drop it off and you can tell me if I am on track?

On a side note I want to ask i have the CUP mods and the Eden objects, Eden extended objects.

What other object mods are you using?

I did see you had a reference to Jbab, are you going to use it or not sure yet?

No stress on the reply as i will continue to use vanilla for the time being.

I'm not sure exactly where I myself had worked on I know it's in the eastern side maybe a little high north. It's all in the snowy mountain areas for sure, work where you're comfortable doing so I'd say.

Just those are it. Also for some reason my cpu is crapping out so I can't play anything for a while until I figure out what's messed up with it. I'm sorry. It's just really messed up.
