I think you could remove that and add another bit on the map like a countryside or something like that.

Maybe make the sewer and underground system a more reasonable size? Its much to big.

You can make the map support Atmos by changing the skyboxes name,
at least on V1 until V2 VMF releases.

I use the ocean for a fishing add on I have. I suggest making a "boat house" type thingy on a dock or something? Use your imagination.
