It is compatible, but for certain creature I would recommend taming them the proper way. For instance, Deinotherium bugs out when tamed using immersive taming. It can't gather anything with the stomp attack, which is supposed to be able to gather berries and such. Basically, if the creature doesn't eat the regular taming food, and this excludes kibble in the case of the archelon since i'm not sure about it, don't use immersive taming.
