no, you can with right click drink water or snow to fill cryo.
but with strg you can switch stance or normal position.
in stance and right click you can split cyro.
in normal position with c, you can spit a ball to nock out small creatures(like a Dodo)

i know but i binded sprinting on strg, so i unbinded it and the stance still doesnt switch when i press strg. Is there any way to change the key?

Ark's keybinding are really broken. Try setting all the game's keybindings to default and restarting the game. Worked for me.
