This happens because of the push + knockdown, I think I managed to fix it by making the knockdown an incapacitate instead, but it could introduce new bugs. I'll update sometime today
I know about this, I'll try to fix, but currently it can be worked around by disabling the mod, making a new save file without it, then re-enabling it. The skills will get unmemorized and the trader will reset, but it should remove the additional npc.
I feel like this could happen because their version of the mod is either different or non-existent.
Please always make sure you both have the same version and that the mod is enabled.
Edit: indeed it was, my void knight files refused to update so they were at 2.3.0 and the latest (he had) was current latest patch. had to remove all mod files manually and then reinstall the game before it fixed it self.
