Currently, it's focused on the player that initiated the command. That might be something I can look into at a future time.

If you use midspace admin tools and use INVISABLE on your self. Then TP near them use the command and make sure you trigger your self as untargetable. but... that could be one option.- also if you have a BP of a active scout, you could paste it in and make its programming core admin actived again. thus it would / could reply players location..- - you could even turn off its antain. to make it unseen. :) *i did this to a friend, who said stuff was too easy.... i spawned a drone inside his shield/ and his hangar bay.... was fun to watch the carnage unfold :)

PS:@Lucus at the same time as i love a challenge, certian challenages are annoying more than challenging... IE Hacker drones :P but i personal have solve that for my self now. thanks to the new options in the mod :) (cobined with the EEM this is quite fun.. more so when reavers show up)

As an admin I'd like to spice things up for the players and trigger spawns at inopportune times considering they've been complaining about a lack of difficulty. Is there a command to trigger a spawn around a specified player at will? Or are they all centered around the person triggering the event?

I'd like you to come to my DS, there is no lack of spice or difficulty. My players are having a challenging time just surviving and getting a foot hold in the beginning from the Modular Ecounters Spawner and in particular the Corruption PVE mod that ties with it. 71.72.186.71:27018 Search Yarkovsky's Effect Survival... (You should find the server). I've tried to tweak back the spawning and increase the area and the Corrupton faction just keep coming...
