I think that needs to be added via a different mod, or you could add a radio which plays 80's Music.

A bar is a necessity ! Actually there might be 2 of them, just to be sure !
Now about the clinic area, I really like that idea, It may need a new building but i'll definitly try to make it happen !

Sadly I dont know for now, I still haven't tried to add any musics but I'd love to add some when i'll be done with the rest of the map (and if it's actually possible) !
