Follow these specific directions. If necessary, I can update them to be clearer.

Go to your Diplomacy Litdum module folder (should be in "steam/steamapps/workshop" if you use the workshop version) and open the sounds.txt file
Take the line that says: drum_3.wav 2817 (it should be the third line down)
and replace it with: drum_3.ogg 769

That should restore the native click sound.
