Have you tried enabling the skin in your Add-ons list within Left 4 Dead 2?

Not working for me, Unsubscribing until it works.

The only thing I can think of is that the addon isn't even downloading in the first place. Either that or you have another Ellis skin enabled and it is conflicting.

Finally started working.

Holy hell you don't need to spam. The only control I have is to make a skin and upload it. From what I can tell, it works perfectly fine.

1. Did you subscribe to the add-on?
2. Did you check if it's enabled in your add-ons section?
3. Do you have multiple Ellis skins? If so, DELETE ALL OF THEM except for this one and see if it works.

If none of this helps, then I don't know what will.

It's all alright! This goes for any mod by the way. Make sure you only have one skin for any character or model, otherwise none of them will load. Either that, or the most recently used one will load.
