Sold a massive chunk of various goods including a ton of food, and bought a bunch of, among other things, scrolls from Rim of Magic, and about 6 wonder gems. Instead of those and the other things I ordered coming in a day later in-game (unless that has been changed and I didn't notice), I instead instantly received:
635 silver
5 Major Force arcane gems
5 Major gems of wonder
2 skill books, normal qual
1 legendary thrumbow
1 legendary thrumbo axe
205 magicyte
and an excellent qual witcher's steel sword
