you should make that a separate mod and leave this mod as is.

But a backpack would be nice to have. maybe add like 15,20 slots so we can carry most of the things we find and not be restricted to 10 slots where we cant take all the variety that we find in a place.

if u still making mods heare - i m looking mods like endless war to make game long and harder, more inhabitants in shelter , backpacks and stuff stacks ( but not to op), more activity in locations with living npc (means they can collect stuff too. not only losing, especially military groups), beter traps (or without limit), basement in shelter (if possible to have more place to build in long game)
and some stuff like planting coffe or beter weapons/tools etc
i sometimes saw mods like that but mostly not working but not compatible with anothers
