can you do the city called "great fortress"

I mena wtf happened there?

Its not even a town let alone a village.

Another one is,fort simon.

Another one is Drin in bast? That half destroyed town needs an upgrade because samurai soldiers still live there.

okay, at least upgrade the other two towns i mentioned. I dont know if you would think those towns need an upgrade. They look empty

i actually felt like upgrading the main towns or expanding all of them make them bigger those that you mentioned are mostly outposts but I might do them so they have a bigger base

Thing is that blister hill and clowsteady have been done by someone already.

what about Heft? im not sure what the prospects are of making it bigger due to the terrain, but being the capital of the united cities, the 'Empire,' and the bastion of what passes for civilized life would be at least a little bit more grand
