Faoeoa's Ideas.
1. Add the old Train Station with the tracks etc., it'll be right to have a proper-feeling train station rather than feeling Half-Finished, IMO.

2. In some areas, add additional shops, since at the moment there are numerous areas which I would rather use as Offices.

3. Overwatch Nexus, which could be a small nexus-like area with a connection to the Citadel.

4. Some overpasses to see from as a OTA?

Yes, I was planning to add that but the hammer limitations are starting to hurt a bit at the moment.

What do you mean by 'Overwatch Nexus' ? There already is a kind of citadel like part.
