(My Shogun 2 is the Gold Edition One)

So, i downloaded this mod in TWCenter (Because i can't download from Steam), extracted the mod to the "data" folder, started the game and nothing happens, my Shogun 2 Campaign is still vanilla, i tried to cut out the other 2 mods that i had and placed in my desktop, but the game is still in vanilla mode, did i missed something?
