Garrison change?
does this mod change the ammount of garrison provided by buildings? ive noticed forts having 3 defenders and 2nd level 6. No other buildings in those towns provide garrison according to the enzyclopedia.

Garrison unit counts are increased substantially, having more than double the units than in vanilla.

Most mods don't include changes for encyclopaedia.

Also, the tooltip for the castle building may not show the Samurai Retainers, but they are present in battles and their stripe(s) show(s) on the castle town's banner on the campaign map.
