would it be possible to add the ability to apply tags and rules to mods?
For example, you could apply a tag 'alien' to all your alien race mods, then create a rule 'load all mods taged Alien after 'Humanoid Alien Races'' or make a rule like 'load tag 'medecine' after 'animal' and 'alien' or 'load [[mod] EPOE patch] after [mod] and [EPOE]'
or even set up incompatibilty preventions like 'do not have [mod1] and [mod2] together in the load order'
maybe even have the possibility of sharing tags and rules amongst users so everyone can optimise their mods more efficiantly and conveniantly.

so it would be something like, mod/tag - load before/load after/don't load with - mods/tags
or also mod/tag - to top of load order/to bottom of load order
