Meh, I don't remember much of them as of right now since it's beem a long time without playing HSTM, but from what I know, there's one for each "Trial" or "Training sessions" in the map.
One is in the Witch crowning level.
Another one in the Smoker tongue cutting training.
An extra one is after the parkour stage (The one that starts with the quick ladder trick)
There's one in that hell-like level with Chargers and Smokers plus parkour.
Would bet my ass there's one in that Hard Rain Surivval level.
And there's the Scavenge one like I said.
But yeah, you gotta suffer to get to them. There's no place for cheaters, it seems to me.
