First, thanks for being first comment :). Second, occupation events are going to be in the next update and im adding drop pod techs to my list of new tech ideas. On the second point, events changing specific things about armies like exp or health are next to impossible to create with the lack of proper event effects and scopes that can be used on armies.
I like that army corruption idea very much and ill add it to my todo list for future event systems. the moral issue if your talking about good vs evil choices are coming in the next content update. promotion to create a new general ill add to my todo since it stellaris has a lack of generals for so many armies.
Im considering adding an armored transport but im not versed in navy modding so i may need to look into that and anything ship related. if i did i suppose its possible to add general traits that could boost army transport defense capabilities.
could you explain in a little more detail the concept? i didnt really get it from just that
it wouldnt be possible to program an event like that with the lack of detailed scopes given to us by the devs but i have a feature in mind in the near future im experimenting on that may have elements of this.
