health model not working
when i spawn health charger model still from HL2

I find it funny that there is another discussion from 2021 having a very similar issue.
however unlike then, Ive used this mod without "Black Mesa Game" and it's worked fine till now.

this mod is not the only mod to have this issue either, I actually switched from another mod back to this one hoping it would fix the issue.

however, i did not realize we have had this issue since January. i guess i just don't use item_healthcharger all that often :/
