Stats
+60% damage
On hit: Target bleeds for 3 seconds
When active:
If a medic is healing you, the cold handshake deals crits and has no movement speed reduction
-45% movement speed on wearer
+45% fire damage vulnerability on wearer

I know, it is a little bit overpowered. Tell me what you think in the comments.

Dude, I'm sorry, but if you look at the pictures, it isn't a weapon. It's a misc item. Misc items don't have stats. He even shows himself wearing it with some melee weapons.

Good point, considering a hammer deals less damage than an axe. Sure an axe could penetrate, but with the force at the same speed of an axe it would mess someone up.
Or like a pistol taking 10 shots to kill someone.
Or a minigun taking 20 shots.
Or a revolver taking 6.
Or surviving the flames of a flamethrower by "stopping burning". "Honey! The house is on fire!" "Baby, its fine, it'll just magically stop after like 6 seconds!" "Oh okay."

Okay Props first to Tulipunahapero for suggesting the robot extension arms. this is a great idea and i like where this is going, but i also want to amalgamate this with what The_Herbivorious said about not being all human means that health packs and medics should do less to heal you. But i want to take it one step further so if you will bear with me.

first of all the arms are stretchy
+40% melee range
+10% damage resistance when the weapon is equipped due to metal arms
and the downsides are
-25% health from medics
-10% health from health packs
-30% Overheal

let me know if it is broken either way.

Actually, this is a really good idea. I'd totally use it. Heavies don't normally use their fists, but since they're usually near a pootis spencer on defense, it'd only make sense that the Heavy could remove sappers from engie's stuff. The only thing I find redundant, though, is the "+50% HP from med-kits." Otherwise, it seems pretty solid. Personally, I'd do

+Can remove sappers
+20% Health from healing sources (Including chocolate ;3)
+35% Damage to buildings

-40% Swing Speed
-50% Damage vs Players
-50% Holster Speed
-No Random Crits
