Nordfrankreich is already covered with Belgien
Südfrankreich is already covered with Vichy-France
Frankreich basically can be formed with Vichy-France

Bohemia and Mähren would be possible but rather inefficient because germany needs the factories but cant use them if its a puppet state. Maybe i will try to add factory transport from bohemia to germany in the event. But for historical sake i will add it anyway, even if i cant do it with the factories.

Kaukasus is a very good idea, i will definately add this to my list.
Normandy and Britanny is rather unrealistic and could also just be added to Vichy-France. But it would be a possible and interesting option for Great Britain. I will think about it.

Ostsee is not nesessary because of the already existing Ostland
Sibirien would be rather something for Japan, we could do it like that

Turkey will already be an available puppet for italy
