I *REALLY* like the idea of the drone hatch. It would be great to be able to remain relatively safe in the back of the ship while drone mining. Those stupid spider creatures like to sneak up on me and attack me while I'm mining.

Unfortunately there is no place in the rear compartment where you can stand and release the drone where it doesn't say "There is another object in the spawn area"
