Get the other 2 Scar mods, if it still doesn't work, maybe you need to get a game that has the textures (like CS:S or portal)

Edit: i'm not saying those specific games will fix your problem (just an example)

holy ♥♥♥♥, this is getting out of hand.
I have no idea what could be causing the issue.
Try getting the CS:S content pack though, as it is free and will also fix a few other issues.
