Give USSR, Germany, Japan NS so they wont have monarchy, democracy or any other type of government, Because it's weird to see 25% fascist Germany or 18% Monarchism in Russia. So I guess some NS for non-democratic countries can fix that.

Does it work with The Great War mod? If not - would you mind making it compatible? I think this mod would be perfect for The Great War, as Victoria II was intended to be a simulator of pre-Great War society.
