yes that was from windows security, or your antivirus. there should be an option when downloading, like "download it anyway" . but when it downloaded , the windows security must've flagged the file as virus and get quarantined.

if that happens, try to go to Protection History tab, then restore the file from the downloaded file. it happened to me somehow...
