have you tried to check on ur Windows Security ? its on the protection history, usually there's one file from the sourcemod is being flagged as virus, and get quarantined. you need to restore it if that happens.

and also try updating the sourcemod from website sourcemod(dot)net, see tutorial from youtube on how to update sourcemod.

i have and it still wont let me download it, idk what to do

ahh okay....

There should be an option on the download tab, wether you will delete/cancel it or "download anyway" option. if u can find it , then choose download straight away the file, and the file will be download it at once, i hope it works.
