I edited it a bit. Not having the ability to airblast would greatly debuff this, and water wouldn't hurt you as much as fire would, i would think. It also makes the pyro better at uprooting sentry nests, as they don't really have anything to fight against sentries at current, and engies with minis are a pain in the ass.
Can't fight engies? 4 words: Side Step and Homewrecker.
And why the hell would steam damage metal?

Target stays wet instead of afterburn? This would be like a combo similar to the axtinguisher and the flame thrower. Instead it would be the neon annihilator and this
