This is a well know vanilla bug. I also get this bug but this mod isn't causing it.

After the 17th November update for this mod, games will always freeze exactly at the 10:00 game time mark. "Fatal Scar Error - Execution Stopped" will appear in the middle of the screen. Game mode used: Annihilation Zoom+ (250 population cap)

"Fatal Scar Error - Execution Stopped" still apears in the victory point gamemode 750 point. when i load the game it will instantly give the error. if it help any the bunkers in the home base don't render in completely. the other gamemodes work fine on start up don't know if it happens later in the game haven't played since i found this bug.
